"I really like this shirt for work and advertising my business. I'm a bit of a clothes snob, and usually don't wear anything like this that isn't 100% cotton, but have to say, I am impressed. Gotta love that it doesn't come out of the dryer looking like a crumpled piece of paper. If you get it out right away, you really don't need to iron it, although it won't have the crisp look of a freshly ironed shirt. I'm wearing my white one as I type and didn't iron it. I have the long sleeve as well in 2 colors, black and white. My only complaint is the light colored lining on the inner collar (collar stand) at on the black/dark shirts. Not sure why they do that. In my opinion, it makes the shirt much more casual. I wouldn't wear the black one with a jacket or when driving (I own a limo company). The white shirt doesn't have that issue. Still...5 stars for a nice, well-made shirt. Oh...by the way, I used to sell men's dress shirts for Arrow Shirt Company then their private label business, so I know a bit about shirt construction and this is made well. The long sleeve has a button through sleeve placket...which is a good thing. "
